It’s March 1, and by now you’ve probably abandoned your 2014 resolutions (the dust on your gym bag is all the evidence you need). The bad news? You aren’t alone—according to University of Scranton research, only eight percent of people achieve their New Year’s resolutions. The good news? There’s no reason you can’t start over right now. That’s why we came up with a few ideas that are a little more achievable—pick your favorite and pledge to make a re-resolution for March.
#1: Do more things that scare you.
#2: Don’t sweat the small stuff.
#3: Take up a new hobby.
#4: Take a trip somewhere new.
#5: Plan less, do more. Spontaneity keeps life interesting.
#6: Read more books.
#7: Camp more.
#8: Get organized (and stay organized). Prana ambassador Amy Ippoliti shared her tips for letting go of clutter with us on the blog. (http://blog.teva.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-TEVA-US-Site/default/Blog-Show?postid=letting-go-of-clutter-for-the-new-year)
#9: Take a cross-country road trip.
